Hope Valley is a large, wide valley running East-West along the boundary between the gritstone moors and edges of the 'Dark Peak' and the limestone outcrops and deep cut dales of the 'White Peak'. Best known as wonderful walking country, it is also a haven for many others including bikers, pony trekkers, hang-gliders, rockclimbers and potholers as well as for the quieter activities of artists, anglers and birdwatchers. You can stay at our Hope Bed And Breakfast in the Peak District at any time during the year!

We like to keep our Hope B&B - Bed And Breakfast in the Peak District - a relaxed quiet, friendly atmosphere.

The bar closes at 11.00 p.m and guests are invited to retire by 11.30 p.m when the public areas will be closed.

To this end, we are not a suitable bed and breakfast - b&b in the Peak District for Night Owls, which would disturb the enjoyment of other guests expecting a peaceful retreat. The same applies to guests attending late night functions at other venues in the area, in hope or castleton for example, who require late night entry as we do not provide a 'key facility'.

At the Poachers Arms B&B - Bed & Breakfast - Hope Valley - Peak District National Park - the emphasis is on top quality local produce, home cooked in our own kitchen with good value wines and great hand pulled beers, and run very much as a family concern.
